Ships Customized TZ536 to Qatar: A Multi-Functional Powerhouse for Solar Piling

TeZhong Machinery is proud to announce the successful shipment of a TZ536 Smart Solar Pile Driver to a valued client in Qatar. Alongside the piling rig, the shipment includes a heavy-duty Air Compressor, marking another milestone in TeZhong’s expansion into the Middle Eastern solar construction market.

Following the high standards set by our recent shipments to Egypt, this TZ536 unit features almost the same premium configuration, including a Euro.Ⅲ emission engine and an advanced Remote Control System. However, what sets this delivery apart is the machine’s exceptional versatility, specifically engineered to tackle the complex geological conditions found in Qatar's solar project sites.

Triple-Function Capability: One Machine, Three Solutions

To maximize on-site efficiency and return on investment (ROI) for our Qatar client, this TZ536 is equipped to perform three distinct functions, eliminating the need for multiple machines:

1. Customized Hydraulic Piling (Precision Redefined) Understanding the client's strict requirements for pile accuracy, our engineering team completely redesigned the hydraulic hammer structure.

Top Plate Design: A custom-engineered top plate was added to ensure seamless integration with the client's specific pile types.

Bottom Positioning Bracket: We introduced a specialized bottom positioning bracket. This innovative feature locks the pile in place during impact, significantly improving vertical alignment and stability during operation.

2. Auger Drilling for Soft Soil For areas with loose or sandy soil conditions, the machine is equipped with a high-torque Auger attachment. This allows for rapid pre-drilling, ensuring a solid foundation for solar racking systems in softer terrains.

3. DTH Drilling for Hard Rock (Powered by Air Compressor) Qatar's terrain often presents challenges with hard limestone layers. To address this, the client ordered a dedicated Air Compressor to power the machine's Down-the-Hole (DTH) hammer. This powerful combination allows the TZ536 to penetrate hard rock efficiently, ensuring that project timelines are met regardless of ground hardness.
