Recently, an important client delegation from Ukraine made a special trip to the production base of Anhui Tezhong Machinery for a one-day inspection tour. The delegation first entered the standardized production workshop of Tezhong Machinery. They were greeted by a clean and bright working environment, with work zones clearly divided by yellow ground lines. All equipment and materials were placed in perfect order, and every link of the production line operated with high efficiency. From component processing to complete machine assembly, every working procedure followed strict and clear quality control standards.

Accompanied by our technical and sales teams, the client delegation then gained an in-depth understanding of the full production process of solar pile drivers. They observed the entire manufacturing process of TZ536 and TZ670, ranging from the precision processing of core hydraulic systems and power units, welding and painting of complete machine structural parts, to final commissioning and quality inspection. The clients stopped frequently to inquire about technical details and affirmed the company’s R&D strength and craftsmanship level.

On-site Machine Testing: Indoor Trial Verifies Strength, Customized Demands Boost Communication

The highlight of the inspection was the on-site machine demonstration inside the workshop. In the dedicated testing area, technicians operated the TZ536 and TZ670 respectively, simulating drilling and piling operations under different working conditions in an indoor environment.

The Ukrainian clients observed the operation performance up close throughout the whole process and recorded key performance data. They were highly satisfied with the performance of the two models, and immediately put forward customized requirements tailored to local geological conditions in Ukraine.
